Six Sigma eGreen Belt
Our e-Six Sigma Green Belt certification program trains students to effectively use the same tools that are taught in our traditional classroom setting. These programs, however, give the student the flexibility of doing the work on their own time and at their own pace. In addition to online lectures, students complete homework and project assignments.
These courses are technically challenging, ensuring that participants are well qualified to apply the material. Students gain the knowledge and skills need to define and implement process improvement strategies in their functional areas.
For certification, students must pass a series of comprehensive exams and submit a completed project.
This online certification program will require approximately 100 hours of study (lectures, homework, quizzes, threaded discussions, project work and exams). Most students complete the process in about 12 weeks, although each student retains access to the system for six months from the start of training.

Our Lean Six Sigma eBlack Belt provides a detailed understanding of Lean Six Sigma, including the DMAIC methodology and Lean tools. During the course, you will learn how to apply a data-driven problem-solving methodology to improve critical processes within your organization.
The program is technically challenging to ensure that you gain the skills to implement solutions and produce results.
The course includes required exercises and satisfactory completion of a Black Belt project. You must also pass four comprehensive exams.
